Feeding and building on Palantir AIP and Foundry

How we connect agency data and systems to Palantir AIP and Foundry: clean pipelines in, documented interfaces out, and AI applied to data the program already governs.

Palantir's AIP brings language models to data organized in Foundry, so that AI can reason over and act on an organization's governed data. Programs that run on Palantir still depend on everything around it: the source systems that feed it, the sensors and field data it cannot reach on its own, and the systems that act on its outputs.

How we work with it

  • Data in. Pipelines from source systems, sensors and legacy databases into Foundry, with a written definition for every field and a schedule that does not disturb the source.
  • Outputs out, through open interfaces. Decisions and tasks flow from the platform to the systems that carry them out, through documented interfaces rather than one-off connectors, so neither side locks the other in.
  • Field and sensor data. We build the ingestion from devices and gateways that a platform cannot reach directly.
  • Modular around the platform. The integrations are modules with their own interfaces and tests, so the program can upgrade or replace any part of the chain.

Where it fits

  • A program on Foundry that needs field or sensor data it does not yet have.
  • Work orders and alerts from AIP routed into case management or dispatch systems.
  • Legacy systems retired behind an interface, with their data carried into the platform.

Getting started

Tell us what feeds the platform today and what is missing. We will start from the data, not the dashboard.
